we should put a sticky for transactions (players traded/signed/released) so we can keep our rosters up to date

I guess we could do it, but as Alex said, there are up to date transaction listings on nba.com and major sports news websites. Perhaps if we were to have a sticky, there could be more information such as jersey number changes, CAPs for console users, etc.
