Most boring/best spectators sport

Wat do u think is boring?

Some reason.. i hate wathcing golf!

And wat do u think is the best? Obviously i love basketball but i like soccer too! And i aint no pussy!

Golf... without a doubt, even learning about the players and looking at the leaderboard, it's still boring to watch.

I think something highly underrated is darts. It's great fun to watch, because its always in a giant pub with some fat bloke called "Andy" pumping his fist when he does well. Definitely worth checking out

I have to go with soccer. I can't stand it when they go the whole way up the field and end up passing it backwards over and over until its back to their goalie. It's sooo damn boring.

being a soccer hater, i recently just found futsball(not sure about spelling) fun to watch though...

wat abt Chess.....theirs practically no crowd at all....

most exciting, well its damn fun to go to cricket matches here....with all the bands and mexican waves goin on.....football(soccer) is great too....but I must say B-ball doesnt have the worlds most exciting crowd....at least on TV it doesnt.

the moment i saw this thread, i instantly thought of chess. i mean, it's kinda fun to play it sometimes but watching it?

I have never watched chess, but golf is definently the most boring to watch so far

I hate soccer so much. I don't mean to offend anyone but little fairies prancing around kicking the ball around for 90 minutes and scoring 2 goals the whole time is not entertaining. As for the best, probably basketball but American Football comes close for me.

yea i agree wit golf and i also think baseball because it takes forever for the pitcher and batter to throw and swing...

but even though i think their boring, its always fun when im playing it...

Of course watching basketball is great, but I also like darts (my country is the best in it )
and someone mentioned something like fussball, that's "table soccer" right? or indoor soccer? I'm not sure what he meant (someone up there^^) but I'm addicted to "table soccer"

best= NBA, football (when you have fast paced teams like Arsenal playing)

worst= chess, golf, sailing, water sports , cricket (do i really need to see another man rub a ball against his nuts every 2 minutes?), AFL, netball

considering the amount of media coverage it gets, baseball without a doubt.

pitcher adjusts jock, spits, selects pitch. batter adjusts jock, spits, waits for pitch. pitcher pitches, batter swings or not. repeat for 3hrs

thats kind of like cricket, except it goes for 6hrs

I can't really sit down and watch test cricket on the tv for an extended period of time....

although when you go to the game it is a lot more interesting because there are distractions (ie. alcohol, drunken crowd games, watching drunken louts taunt opposing players, and you see a few hot chicks not wearing too much, although they need to bring back the beer wenches ) that allow you not to give a rat's arse if they're only scoring 2 runs an over.....

luckily the last day of test cricket I went to there were 2 centuries scored and McGrath's 1st ever 50, and a lunchtime stop at the german beer hall for a couple of 's

Best Spectator Sports IMHO:
- Playoff Basketball (NBA, International & especially College)
- Finals Series' Aussie Rules
- World Cup Soccer

Worst Spectator Sports IMHO:
- Baseball
- Cricket (test matches on TV)
- Golf (for the most part)

Cricket is the only sport I know that can go on for 5 days and have one team totally destroy the other team in terms of runs... and you still end up in a draw

Women tennis is not thaaat boring. I was watching Serena vs Sharapova yesterday, and it was fun...kinda.

I was talking about when she screamed every time she hitted the ball. She was getting on my nerver during the final games of the match

billiards 9 ball basketball and football are the best. watch asian football and you will know why. WWE is dis still a sport?
