Computer Nerds, Help ME!!!!!

I need some help with my computer, so please help me. Ok here is my problem, for about 2-3 months i can see .gif images (the pics that move) Take this as an example :roll:

for you, u can see the smily role its eyes but for me the pic is not moving. It is in one position.

I have another problem I cant acces some sites. Usaully the sites that end with cjb.net. It takes time loading the site and in the end it just says page not found. I know the sites i am trying to acces work cause i checked from the laptop.

So here is the review of my problems

Formatting... Thats stupid to erease everything over those lil things. But if its really important go ahead specially if you dont have anything on your comp.

But look in your Internet Options ( If using IE) Or go to Tools > Options for The Ownage Mozilla Users. Go to Advanced and look through your preferences. Espcially in the Image Category. And Check your Site Filters or anything or AD Blockers or Something. That may be the cause of the .cjb.net sites being blocked since the gay Domain Redirector puts lots of Spyware, etc on comp. (AdWare Sorry)

But Review

Check Internet Options and Preferences
Check Site Filters, Ad Blocks, firewalls, etc.

Actually, as a former Beavis and Butthead addict I should point out that the .gif is in fact Beavis, and Beavis is also the one who gets smashed on coffee and pills then runs around calling himself cornholio.
