First of all, American History X is one of the most overrated, over presented, poorly edited, self-righteous piece of crap movies I've ever seen (the same thing goes with Shindler's List and Fight Club.) And I'm not even going to start talking about Black Hawk Down. With that being said, I'll move on to some movies I find good:

Good:
- Goodfellas
- Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain (Amelie from Montmartre) (strongly recomend this)
- Scarface
- Cidade de deus (City of God)
- Raging Bull
- Léon
- La vita è bell (Life Is Beautiful)
- Big Fish
- Lost in Translation
- Magnolia

Funny:
- Kung Pow (expect a review soon)
- Meet the Feebles
- Christmas Vacation

Those are just some I remembered at the moment. I'm sure there are more...

5. Schlinder's List
6. Fight Club
7. Memento
8. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
9. Requiem For A Dream
10. Mulholland Drive

P.S. Good to see some Edward Norton fans. If you haven't, you should watch Primal Fear. Incredible acting!

Mon Jan 03, 2005 11:57 am

Aren't there enough of these threads, I know I made one like 2 months ago.
Anyway,
