Can someone please help me?

I was on the computer & I was using LimeWire. After I closed the program I suddenly got this shit on my screen.

Now I've run SpyBot Search & Destroy and AdAware. I've tracked the html page to C:\Windows\desktop.html. Now when I delete this page, the page on my desktop changes from that black bullshit to a "Cannot Find Page" page. Totally on the top I can see my original desktop & background.

How the fuck do I get rid of this fucking html page & get back my original desktop? Fucking self installers. Image

Nah, no worries. I solved the problem + no files were deleted. Motherfucking piece of shit program.

Well I'll be god-damned, I finally got that shit to go away.

I'm forever grateful to the guys/girls over at the Tech Forums. I just ran a search & they gave me easy to do steps which removed that shitty shitty shit from my computer.

I swear to God if I could, I'd shoot the mofo of SmartSecurity. Guys, if you're having problems with your PC be sure to check out The Tech Forums.

Here's the link where they explained how to get rid of it. Since no spyware thingie can do so. That stupid stupid maker of the program/ad should just be shot. Fucking asshole.

Removing Smart Security.

Man, what a relief that that crappy bullshit is gone. It was bugging the crap out of me. :cuss:

I've had LimeWire for a while and I've never had any problems with it...

Don't worry MJ23, you can get Limeware. I think the reason that thing came up was because one of the files I downloaded was corrupt. I've been using LimeWire for the longest while, I've had no problems. Yesterday I downloaded one corrupt file & it happened.

It's a small risk you're taking, it'll almost never happen.
