They've been making music together for more than a decade now, hopefully they smooth this out.

Or I'll be pissed.

I would say it's a good day for music, but one rap group break-up means a new bunch of solo artists (N)

But all the members could each form new groups. That wouldn't be good at all!

I say it's a good day for music when they die. (Y) (Ohh that's harsh :D) I'm comin' to get ya fiddy cent!

not everybody wants to listen so some anorexic freak with a million pearcings who thinks he's an individual and looks just like some other freak [/generalisation]. Let the gangstas have their threads yo... they wouldn't be making fun of your music half as much as you make fun of theirs. It's all funny to a point, but so was showerfun

That's because I don't make threads about my music  If I did they'd be more than welcome to make fun of it.

Except for the fact that Mobb Deep is one of the best, most respected groups in rap.

Please do so and go get Fiddy Chent but make sure to leave the good rappers (and Lil Jon, for some humor) alone.

...just because some idiots speak like that doesn't mean that all rap/hip-hop fans speak like that. Perhaps if you weren't so closed-minded, then you would actually give some artists a shot instead of judging them as if they're like every other artist in the industry.

Since you obviously don't care for this genre of music, why don't you stay out of threads where we discuss it? If you'd like to disagree with some of our opinios, do so, but don't downright bash it just because YOU don't agree with it. You may want to think your opinion is worth more than ours but truth be told, you're just another fish in the sea.

Is that so?

XianeX in the Eminem thread wrote:Wow, this is Eminem's weakest album to date. I'm only feeling 4-5 songs after one listen. His production is wack and his flow isn't where it was in his past albums. I'd give it 3 mics but 3 mics for Eminem is like 1-2 mics for any other emcee.

Hmm

Got rid of the last racist related type comments, this was more damaging

Good job. Resorting to insults to prove your point; very intelligent and mature of you. Just for the record, I'm not chinese. Nice attempt, though, maybe next time you can actually make a respectable argument.

I would expect a MOD to set a better example but I obviously had too high of expectations.

I used two slang terms ("feeling" and "wack"), don't try to tell me that you don't use slang terms. A mic for me would be equal to a star for you, it's the same idea. I don't see any signs of "represent", "yo", "word", etc. I use correct grammar (for the most part) and I don't want to be categorized as some idiot who can't talk. Don't make stupid generalisations such as this one because it does nothing but add fuel to the fire.

Actually, I thought better and edited my post before you posted. Those comments were out of line, so I'm sorry. However, my edited version is much more interesting.

The reason I targeted that is because you said "don't talk like that", and from my standpoint using slang words like "feeling" and "wack", are in the same category as "yo" "word" "represent" etc. As far as the mic's go, I know what they mean. My brother bought The Source a few times (the most racist piece of shit ever published btw), and they use it... so I kind of saw it as another form of joining the "rap culture" or whatever.

P.S: This is going to be the neatest argument in history if we keep editing our posts.

For anyone who doesn't know what i'm talking about...
My dad showed me some Wesley Willis songs the other day for kicks. The shit is fucken funny! :D Unintentionally of course. You want a challege? Download any Wesley Willis song and when you listen to it try not to smile or even laugh. (If you can find it... I reccomend 'Rock and roll mcdonalds) The guy has skitzaphrenia (lol spell check, never had to write that word before) and he raps (i think it's rapping..?) about stuff he did one day. He uses a crappy little keyboard... you know those ones where you set it to play, and it plays a little song to you? and you push a key for what chord you want it to play on the fly? Well he uses that, wow... CREATIVE! I could do that when i was 5. Anyway all his songs are the same format (as in... verse, chrorus), in his verses he talks about stuff, and in his choruses he repeatedly sings (majorly out of tune by the way *shudders*) whatever the name of the song is lol. And after the 2nd or 3rd chorus he breaks it down on his little Casio keyboard by pushing a new note every 3 seconds or so. Go download something of his, i garuntee you'll either laugh, feel disgusted, or feel 10% dumber after listening to something of his.

Anyways i dunno why i typed all that. I was just amazed when i saw his name in an avatar. I thought he was just some douchebag who managed to get a record label.
