Championship Manager

Does anyone play this? I've been addicted to it for about 3 or 4 years now, but I never seem to be able to find anyone from the NLSC who actually plays it. Besides Liam a few years ago having a brief obsession with it. I "bought" the game again after formatting my comp and started a new season with Chelsea, cause its easy and you've got shit-loads of money. Only bought Matthew Upson, Fernando Morientes, Julius Agahowa and Pasquale from Inter but sold all of the wankers I didn't need. I bet 99% of people on the forum have absolutely no idea what I've just said.

Your not the only one Jae, I've been playing CM since 00/01 and am totally addicted to it .

I always manage a 3rd division English team. Usually Darlington. I like the challenge of starting with a poor team and eventually taking them up to the Premier League.

Do you have the new CM Jae? (Not exactly new but the newest CM out there )

If so maybe we can set up a league?

I'm still playing 01/02, I didnt bother with CM4 or the new one just because its so slow between screens, whereas 01/02's really quick. I've got the game on Xbox too, when I was in England I got Margate out of the Conference and into the Champions League in 11 seasons, was pretty happy with that

I have 01/02 haven't played that one in a while but can go back to it I suppose.

You have any updates for it ?
new transactions and such (eg: viduka at boro, rooney at man u)

I downloaded an update from The Dugout, but it's not completely up to date... Viduka to Boro, Rooney, Kluivert etc has to be done manually with the editor.

I did once for about 10 minutes. I didnt' know any of the people I was playing with though, they just posted at the SI site forums saying they were havin a game.

I'm pretty sure you can, like play network games and stuff because people do it all the time. I've got stuff to do tonight but any time after's pretty much alright

Jae, I'm sure you know that Eidos and SI Games split up, so Eidos will make their own game and SI Games will do the same.

Football Manager 2005 is made by SI Games.

I play CM 3 (can't remember what year).
Mostly I play AS Roma and win 6 Champions Leagues in 7 years or so
