Today's the first time it's happened to me that I can recall.

Sometimes it happens when GameSpy is performing maintenance on the Dynamic servers. It usually doesn't last very long though, and doesn't happen very often.

Happens to me too. Sometimes when I click on a forum, this comes up:

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not query config information

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 2013 Lost connection to MySQL server during query

SELECT * FROM phpbb_config

I kept getting the same error message too until a few minutes back...everything seems ok now.

I noticed that error a couple of times last night as well, but all seems to be in order now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
