this is what i do
i bought 2 x 7.5kg weights.....i lay down on the floor, stretch out my arms and lift the weights towards each other. This works ya pecs real good. Results come pretty quickly and you can add more weights but 7.5 does the trick for me.

If you don't have weights i'm not really sure how i can help

1kg = 2.222lbs

If you do weights, get as much as you can as long as it doesn't strain your muscles. I'm comfortable with 7.5kg because it doesn't strain my neck or back and it's enough to give good results, at least it gives what i'm looking for

Push ups are best imo..cause they work out many areas. When your chest gets defined..you can do bench presses..thats will make up rise and beefier.

Bench, Squat and Deadlift are all good, since you have to keep your chest out.

i prefer weights to pushups, mainly because i don't get as tired with doing weights as pushups. However, to get the best results, try doing a set of weights and then a set of pushups
