^nope, italians and all different types of people in south america do that too, same in spain and basically anywhere all over the globe. england mite be the most extreme example of it but it happens everywhere.

I think whilst the English hooliganism receives the most attention, this type of behaviour happens frequently around soccer venues. I lived in The Netherlands for 9 months and it was definately evident there.

Nah, Holland has it's fair share of hooligansim. Especially when state clubs are playing against each other.
The Dutch Marrokans are known for their hooliganism, they cause chaos. You don't want to mess with those folks if say Ado Den Haag lost.
