Air Alert

Anyone here tried the exercise program Air Alert used to increase your vertical?

If so how many inches did your vertical increase after you were finished the program and how difficult are the exercises?

PS: no need to tell me about where to find it etc, I already have it I was just wondering about others opinions before I started.

I have followed it for about 6 weeks and I have gained from about 28 inches to 35+....here is a picture of me

Could u explain the Step Ups exercise on the chair?

I cant figure out whether ur suppose to just lift your self with one leg as high as u can and then switch or ur suppose to jump off your one leg or what the instructions r confusing for that exercise.

You out 1 foot on the chair, 1 on the ground

then jump with the foot that is placed on the chair, in the air switch your legs and land on the chair with your other leg, and keep going like that.

ps: Dont fall of the chair, it hurts you know

I think you lift one leg on the chair, then stand up on that one leg, then get off the chair and do it with the other leg.

I knew u where gonna say that, THAT PICTURE IS A FAKE. You or who ever did it have cropped one image onto another. I know ur gonna comeback and claim that it real, but the second i saw it(which was a while back) i knew it was a dupe. I know there are alot of kids on this site but damn, how have u fooled ppl with that PIC, its not even done well

I dont even know what to say lol, it is real...believe me...... and at you claiming it is a bad photoshop or something, maybe you are just jelous I have more hops then you, I dunno.....believe it this is real, if you dont think so, fine with me . I was able to get 1 picture that I send to a friend before deleting it, its not as pretty as the first one (which is not fake kid) but still should silence your ignorance . The first picture was made when I threw a lob for myself btw.

Its not ignorance, in fact it the complete opposite. Also not jealous of ur hops mate, im 22, 6"2, i have been dunking for years.

OK, we need some 2nd opinions, cos the new photo looks like an even worse FAKE then the 1st. If u look closely at the 2nd u have a lighter shade of white following the outline of the player all the way around, there is also a huge pixel distortion between ur arm and ur body. The image of the person is also out of focus, even though ur moving, it looks like the original image was much smaller.

We need some 2nd opinions, lets see what other ppl think!

Though you don't may give a crap about my opinion SoulStar , I think it's real, not because i'm an expert of seeing what pics are fake and what pics aren't. But I do believe that Ko8e wouldn't lie about that sorta a thing, and that's enough for me being convinced that it's real

I know i said i wasnt going to return (and for good reason, fuck you egarret ) but i must say that his pics are legit. Dont hate soulstar, its ok

The Ball: Whats with the ball? you know I cant afford the best videocamera to make it all look perfect, maybe your parents get you one if you want, but this was recorded by a cheap camera (yes recorded, this was a photo taken out of a video which I will post later) which may cause the blurry spots when it records something in a fast motion.

The Outline: This happens when you take a picture out of a video, the quallity goes down, a great example is the Dwyane Wade signature that Homer made, go check it out in the signature thread

Now the grown stuff: You do know that its possible that the dunk on the first picture was made a little bit further away from the camera then the second one which makes me look smaller? do you think the moon is also 5 centimeters? .

Anyway, I will post the video later once the camera is working again, you get my promise. Anyway, dont you have anything better to do then trying to take me down? , but go on....I find this quite entertaining

If u posted a pic of urself walking down the street and i thought it was a Fake, that u claimed was real, we would be have the same converstaion thqat were having right now!
YO, dick, im 22 moved from home when i was 15, i pay my own way son.
The Angle of the picture is Identical, but u should know that becuase its from a video clip, so it would be wouldnt it, But i didnt know it was from a clip, so that COULD be a valid reason for the obvious faults in the image!( The comment u made about the Outline is BS, u see..... ur the only object with the outltin mate!!)

BTW this wasnt me having a go at u, it was more of a joke than anythin, i really dont care if its fake or not.................

Speaking about how you think the picture is fake, you must have a whole lot of free time, i mean you got someones pic off a forum(someone u dont even know btw) then you decided to analyze it and try spot every little flaw in the picture, which is obviously done by a cheap camera(no offense Sab )

So just get off his back, hes prolly got the best vert in the forum, and until i see better, im gonna stand by that.

Ok, I fixed the camera, now all I have to do is wait untill the software is downloaded to capture it, since my older program was a demo which expired, it should be posted over here in about 5 hours because I have basketball practice in 2 hours
