Does anyone play this? i recently got the cd and installed it. after i did, the game has no use for the cd which is really cool but bad for the cd since it just sits there gathering dust.

anyways, does anyone play Counterstrike?

if so, do you have CS version 1.6? if you wanna play, find me. my name is ITOOKMYPILLZ2DAY
you can easily search for my username in friends search since im the only ITOOKMYPILLZ2DAY in the database.
i also have my own server. dont PM about this, just find me on STEAM.

i played cs until 1.6 beta came out.... then i lost interest cuz i suck :lol:

i got no idea how to update counterstrike i still got the original version n jsut play bots all the time. only get to play people when i go out to a internet place. anyhow if ya can tell me how to get to the current version please tell me

go there. it will tell u what to download. then afterwards, install what you downloaded and go here to download steam http://www.counter-strike.net/download.html

after that, install steam and you are set and ready to go. it seems like a lot to download, but once you update it, you will most likely never have to update the game again.(the game will do it for you)

I played the game quite much from 1.3v to 1.4/5 but now I'm extreamly tired of it, and don't play it all.

yeah there r lan places here in sydney as well. people pay for 2hours or an hour whatever and go and play lan games.

VA? as in virginia? if you are refering to virginia, which part of it do you live in since i live in blacksburg and there is a lan gaming center here also.

Some of my friends talk about Counter Strike a ton. "What server are you on?", "Will you be on tonight?"...

Sucks that I'm not an online PC gamer, let alone a PC gamer at all.
