I don't think this has been posted before, I ran a search, didn't come up with anything, but I'm still not very sure...anyways, we opened our gifts early...and I got a really cool (don't laugh!!) DVD collection of Mr. Bean, celebrating ten years...+ I got Max Payne: The Fall Of Max Payne.

Anyone got this game? Any thoughts about this game? I'm gonna go play it in awhile, just wanted to know if anyone has tested, heard about this game before? I haven't played any of them as yet, thank god there is a introduction to whatever has happened before...all I know is, that it has some really effects like Matrix: Refund.

Anywho, gimme your thoughts, anyone gonna buy it? Anyone own it? Gimme thoughts peeps!!

the first payne came right after the first matrix came out... and it kicked ass. piece of art. first game that took the bullettime thing.

mp2:tfomp, is another classic. takes the bullet time to another level. i've had it for a bit over a month, it's an amazing game, great, but a bit too short. i beat it over a weekend, and i didn't play that much at all. but i can't look past the amount of hard work and the detail that was put into this thing... one of the best games of the year, definately.

About the game: I have played and finished the first game about 3 games. The first kicked ass, cool as hell, but too short. Anyway I heard that the sequel is evan shorter, which makes it waaaaaaaaay to short.

Short, but one of the most exciting gaming experiences you will have. "Short and sweet" really describes this game well. I had a hell of a time with it, I'm sure you will too.

Just remember, Bullet Time Ver.2 is your best friend.

i think this game is rock i have mp1&2 and i finished both of them but the mp2 is a bit short on the first mp1 i think he need a expansion but this game is rock like i said bullet time is great than the enter the matrix

I loved this game..its on my list as my 3rd fav game of all time. It's behind knights of the old republic/Mafia and GTA:VC

I love the MP games, though I don't own each one, but I borrowed them from my friends... these are the best finnish games ever and in my opinion the best shooting game as well

Got MP2 after reading this thread. Its a wicked game, i love the way it feels like a movie when ur playing (Y)

I recommend you first play the first one, then second... so it isn't like you're watching a sequel to a movie without viewing the original first...

played the first one like 5 times... but comp is too slow to play the 2nd with decent frame rates...

Start the game with maxpayne2.exe -developer, then press ~ to open the
console.

Give one of the following commands:

clear - Clear console screen
clr - Clear console screen
coder - God mode, all weapons, health, inifinite ammo
god - God Mode
mortal - disable god mode
getallweapons - Get all weapons
quit - quit game
showfps - Show fps rate
showextendedfps - Show extended fps rate
