EG reinstated as a moderator

I would like to announce that EGarrett has been reinstated as moderator of the NBA Live 2004 and General forums. EG has graciously accepted the position again after some misunderstandings were cleared up.
Due to a difference of opinion and a conversation taken out of context, I felt that it was appropriate to dismiss EG from his moderator duties. However, further discussion has led to a resolution and I feel it is appropriate that EG continue as a moderator.
I would like to publically apologise to EG for action that I now see was rushed and inappropriate. I apologise for not being understanding or willing to further discuss our differences. With EG's help, I have rewritten some of the Member Rules and updated the Moderator Rules to include moderator procedures, so that appropriate action may be taken when rules are broken.
I thank EG for his understanding, and his willingness to resolve our differences and accept the position.
