Turning off the Post Counter.

This shouldn't be a big deal, there are people that just post to get this number up, maybe if it's gone, normal discussions can take place. A joke once in awhile shouldnt be considered spamming but the constant (lame) jokes should be considered spam.
Maybe if the post counter is gone, the people we're talking bout will stop posting.

It really wouldn't help that much. Some people are inclined to spam no matter what. It happened in the old forum without post counts being publically displayed, so I really don't think disabling the post count would change people's posting style.

I agree with Andrew, all the more that I'm a stat freak, so I like to see as much figures as possible
