Well we've made a lot of progress in the last month considering how encrypted the files are, I'd assume WWE 2k wouldn't be much different.

No word on that, either. I'm guessing there's a chance it's PS4/X1, given the later release date. But that's just me speculating.

Seems pretty poor thus far. The complete lack of creation options is a serious letdown. Biggest issue gameplay-wise is the rings are too small, so anything involving running or irish whips is almost impossible.

It occasionally seems to do nothing regardless of how many times I push the various attack buttons, too.

Got a nice handful of matches in. I really love it, it feels good. I didn't play last year but it feels like a good start for next gen. It's not great, it has issues (which thanks to the ragdoll-ish stuff, amazing) but I'm having fun first impressions, conforming to how it wants me to play.

I'm not a huge fan of the chain grappling mechanic, as I'm still trying to get the hang of it. Other than that, it's enjoyable enough. Still need to check out all the creation options.

I've pretty much given up on this already. The small ring is incredibly frustrating, and for some reason My Career won't let me use my signatures or finishers half the time, which has cost me a couple of matches and I'm stuck in what appears to be an infinite loop on NXT. And my CAW has always had an offense heavily reliant on top rope and springboard moves, which I have to unlock in My Career (the latter being incredibly expensive). There needs to be some sort of specialty that makes those things cheaper, like there is in NBA 2k. I could set myself as a three-point specialist and immediately start banging down shots, rather than having to work up to it. I should be able to set myself as a high-flyer and have either immediate or speedier access to the top rope and springboard stuff.

The complete lack of creation modes leaves me with no real interest in Universe.

I never played NBA Elite, but it feels somewhat like I'd imagine that did: gameplay is really promising in a lot of areas, but between the bugs and the complete lack of features, it's not nearly as fun as it should be.

Spent some time in the creation stuff, took an NBA cyberface and some screenshots, well



didn't end up using the face, it had a green tint to it, didn't do much in the way of real customization, but its neat.


koberulz, stamina issues for sigs/finishers? I've had no issue with the irish whips like you mentioned, I just do what they do in real life, start at the opposite end instead of wherever in the ring.
