i think the english word for it is smegma. don't ask me how i know, lol. you're not supposed to wash *inside* the foreskin with soap, as it makes the stinking worse. honestly i don't know how that works, but meh. what i do is i usually just run my penis under cold bath water for a minute. hurts like hell and looks like a clitoris after but it works wonders. no stinky penis for me.
