I'm not too sure on the cell part but as for telling yesterday before he died, what would be the point of doing it? He went from negative to positive as far as I know but he still was about to get killed, so why bring someone down with you?

Because he is a "changed man". If he really wanted to do good he would give names and help out the victims. If he only does it if he'll get off the hook, I question his motives. It takes a man to admit he was wrong and help out and then still accept his punishment.

no one wanted him set free, just change his sentence to life w/o parole.
That's why we have abouve 70 countries supporting us in the War in Iraq and the War on Terror
or more accurately, 70 politicians are "supporting" the war, not the people they represent.

Im Through you too Riot. General talk mean i can talk about anything you want including religious and politics. Just because you dont agree with me doesnt mean i should be cencored Jae. Also there has innocent individuals that lived in the hood gave info to cops about murders and you know what happens they end up hurt because they dont get the protection needed for info. When have Cop ever cared about black folks in the ghetto huh?

C. Those who have given information to the cops weren't in a high security prison
D. I can't speak on behalf of all cops, but most of the cops do care (that's why they risk their lives)
The fact is Tookie was protected and he knew he was going to die. If he really was a changed man he would have given the police information about past murders that went unsolved and other gang related crimes. He didn't. He wrote a couple books (two, right?) and people think that erases his past and he is suddenly a good guy. He's trash, always has been and always will be. Why do you feel like you have some kind of attachment or connection to this guy? He's a cold-blooded killer...get over it.
