It's pretty good, but you should just use another text and you should fix the black lines in the background, they're a bit jagged.
There is a wall at wcremix.com that I wanted to show you to get some ideas out of, but I can't load that page right now.

Move the text left some toward the center of the wall between those lines, and align the "LEBRON" text so it's in the middle of "JAMES".

The background is a little bland, and the font selection/placement isn't great. But I think a little more work could make it quite good. It's a good photo of Wade to use. Nice angle.

Im really feeling the second Iverson one up there The rest are nice too....great work.
