i used gif moviegear, its a 30day trial. You just load all the pics and change the speed of each frame and then you preview. Its simple, im using it for my dynasty highlights instead of uploading like 20+ images each game, I just upload 3 gif files. Its faster and easier. Im also going to try out Ulead GIF Animator like n0thin mentioned.

u have to add frame, which is an icon at the bottom where it shows the frames and then you click add image which is at the top (beside the save icon). And for the frame speed you just have to do properties for each frame, or if all of them are gonna use the same length of time then you just click the first frame at the bottom of the page and hold shift and click the last frame. Then right click a frame and go to properties and change the frame length.
For the frame length every 100 = 1sec or 1 = 10/100

You'd have to resize it. Click edit at the top of the screen (Ulead) and then click resize image (its the 4th LAST option) and choose the image size in pixels who want it to be.

I dont think so. I also dont know why it is so damn big. The one that I made(Ezzioo dunking) was only 397kb. Maybe you should make it smaller.
