But f you die, you lose money to pay for hospital bills right? I never keep cash but I magically lose money when I die.

And iirc that race was determined by .6 secs I thought I had it won lol

Oh, maybe so. I haven't died too often. I haven't seen any hospital bills, just a respawn button.

You must play or have played Grand Theft Auto Online at any time during the month of October 2013 in order to qualify for the GTA$500,000 deposit in your in-game bank account.
Players will first have to install a forthcoming GTAV title update which we expect to happen next week. That title update (1.04) is expected to fix the remaining instances of issues that have caused vehicle purchase loss and will also enable the functionality through which we’ll be providing this GTA$ stimulus cash to players.
We will announce at the Rockstar Newswire when each deposit is made.
Each of the two GTA$250,000 deposits will be made by Rockstar and should automatically appear in the in-game GTA Online bank accounts of eligible players. Beyond downloading the forthcoming title update mentioned above, there should not be any additional special action required by eligible players to redeem.

Oh, QBaller, I don't think you lose money dieing online unless you have cash on you. I just looked through a video I captured and the only instance of losing money was when I had cash on me.

It'll be pretty annoying for people who have been grinding missions for hours/days though. It's always nicer to feel like you've earned something.

Apparently all of the 10-car garage apartments are the same on the inside so you're just paying for location. Think I'll stick with the one I have now and use that 500k on weapons and cars.

I get notifications on my joblist during story mode to do races and missions from buzzy when he isn't even online. Is that how it has been working for you guys on the ps3?

I was playing up until like half an hour ago.

What kind of notifications? Just texts on your phone?
I don't really get anything, only job invites per text that appear to be from random people though, and only in free roam.

the impending riches have kinda sucked the wind out of the sail. I was looking forward to grinding up for an earned apartment and such, but meh.
