I believe that's fan made. I have my doubts about them going back to the mask, I know Rey Mysterio did it when he came to WWE but in Kane's case I just don't think it'll work. The whole point of the mask is the element of mystery and having been unmasked for eight years now, the ship has well and truly sailed on that.

i thought the rock's match was cool because he had been away for so long, but unfortunately that also made it very predictable

New York crowd is awesome. During the Ziggler-Morrison they are chanting "WE WANT RYDER" for like the whole match  and during the main event they are booing Cena like crazy and when he was on the ring Cena fans would go "Let's go Cena" then a "Cena sucks" or I heard for some reason "CM Punk". I have a feeling Cena is not liking the heat he is getting. I mean it was evident during his entrance.

I don't know, he seems to enjoy it on some level though it's probably bugging him to a certain extent (and certainly people like Vince) since it's not the reaction they're going for. All the more reason to start that heel turn, ride the fan reactions instead of trying in vain to force them.

SD spoiler:

This makes no sense whatsover. If the match wasn't official from the start, why would he lose his MITB contract?

He didn't, did he? He got the briefcase back, he's just also got a title shot next week as well. Interesting to see what they'll do there, as they haven't done much with him since he won MITB.

Yep, those were the days. Rock and Austin, JR and King on commentary and at their best, Michael Cole in a tolerable role doing a respectable job. We're beyond Rock and Austin all these years later, but the latter two are still possible. At the very least, find a new role for Cole; my suggestion is taking a finisher every week on TV.

John Cena, the man who introduced the “spinner” WWE Title belt, said today on his Twitter account that he’s wanted to change the belt’s design for a long time. When asked if it’s time to change the design, Cena responded:

“yes. I have thought that for 3 years. Either classic or new. It needs a change”

I'm guessing everyone but Vince McMahon is in favour of it.

Well, he has taken some flak in the past for his jorts. I guess that's...better?

Speaking of changes to the title belt: Bring It Back!: ANY classic WWE Title that’s NOT the Spinner

The WWE Championship has a storied history as diverse as the iconic Superstars that have carried it into battle. Such an incredible symbol of excellence requires a look that will once again reflect the stand-out grapplers who have risen to the top of the WWE mountain.

WWE.com joins the call of the WWE Universe on Facebook and Twitter, pleading for the WWE to abandon the current “Spinner Title” design and return to the pride and tradition radiated by past WWE Titles.

The WWE Title carried to ring today was created specifically for John Cena, reflecting a time when The Cenation Commander-in-Chief was rapping his way through SmackDown. However, while Cena has long since traded in the giant chain around his neck for dog tags, the Spinner design is still “kicking it old school.” Shouldn’t it have long since gone the direction of other classic personalized titles like Edge’s Rated-R Superstar Spinner modification and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin’s “Smoking Skull” Championship?

Perhaps a sign that they will be coming out with a new design, or a classic one, or a new one inspired by one of the older styles. Fantastic move if that's the case...they can follow it up by listening to what the WWE Universe has to say about Michael Cole.

I think he'll need a bit of a gimmick change to go further but as it stands he could make the upper midcard. He's certainly done an admirable job getting over and getting noticed by the office.

is it really necessary for johnny ace to interrupt people as his theme song and to introduce himself every single week?

It's certainly obnoxious, which works for the character. Of course, there's always the threat of straying into Michael Cole territory.

So Randy Orton can't RKO Mark Henry while Cena can just AA Mark Henry just fine.

Just depends on the situation and the story they're trying to tell. Inconsistency in professional wrestling long pre-dates John Cena.
