Professional Wrestling (WWE, TNA, ROH, etc)

I find it weird and funny at the same time that Cole lost his voice during the HHH-Punk match.

best commentary of the night during that time, no bickering, no personal attacks, good stuff

so you guys are mad about Cena winning again, that's fine. You do realize that Orton has won 9 total now and the World title has changed 5 times in 4 months.
Opinions are my own.

We do, and we are gonna bitch about it when he wins it back next Friday. But for now, Cena's the bad guy.

If Orton does indeed wins back the title, I don't see the point of the titles anymore

That's what it's all about, passing it around. And by around I mean some-random-dude to Orton/Cena.

Well, Cena's not really the bad guy. It's the creative team and ultimately, Vince McMahon who are to blame for the direction of the character, the booking of matches and the number of title reigns.

you know, cole wasn't that annoying at noc.

imo one of the better matches was the fatal 4 way for the us title, since the outcome was the least predictable and they had some pretty good spots in it. and the outcome of the divas match wouldve been surprising had it not been spoiled for me already

So Miz and R-truth got fired. Well some people in wrestlezone.com are now saying that a new stable might be in the works called "The Future Endeavored". It'll consist of Nash, Miz, Truth and maybe John Laurinitis.

miz/truth are actually quite an entertaining duo. i think they would make great heel tag champions to go against kofi/bourne. did anyone see the "skinny fat a**" sign? lol

A stable might not be such a bad idea. Miz and Truth do make a good team as it is, though I'd like to see Kofi and Bourne have a decent run with the tag belts.

Losing his voice probably helped.

Deleted Raw and SmackDown from my planner after NoC (due to Kelly and Cena moreso than Punk), but did catch the opening segment on YouTube. Punk's reaction to being unfired was awesome.

John Lauradklnsdf (or whatever it is) needs to get off TV though.

I'm still a fan of brand extension. Imo, brand exclusive PPVs can make a certain title/belt prestigous (or meaningful) because of the longer storyline build up.

The PPVs are ridiculous. HIAC is next week, FFS.

That haven't done a brand exclusive PPV for a few years now.

Yeah, I wonder why did they ended the brand exclusive PPVs? I can still remember when the late great Eddie won the WWE Title from Brock in a Smackdown exclusive PPV (No Way Out?). That was sweet.

They ended them because the buyrates were terrible. The idea had its merits but in practice it just wasn't a good move or financially sound.

well i liked the fact that at NOC, all of the belts finally meant something for a change. but the IC & US titles will go back to normal for the next 364 days.

The booking of the secondary titles is problematic but I think the brand split has played a large part in reducing their importance, now that there's two world titles. The company treating them as an afterthought has just made things worse.
