Name: Liam Washburn
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 141 lbs
Age: 14
Location: USA

Preferred Position: PF
Playing Position: SG, SF, PF
Experience: 2 Years?
Favorite NBA Player: Gilbert Arenas
Realistic NBA Comparison: Dirk Nowitzki: I'm a shooter; that was tall for my league (Middle-school league...). I am however, better on D. A scorer, and nonexistent in the clutch, I am most like Dirk.

Strengths: Shooting, Steals, Size
Weaknesses: Consistency, Leadership, Rebounding

Favorite move you can do: Half-court 3

Favorite move you've done once: bounced ball off defenders back after getting past him (slow, lame defender; did it with lead; inspired by NBA Street)

Favorite place to shoot: Mid range jumper from right side

Biggest Shot I've Made: 4 point play, pure luck

Best Game Ever Played: 32 Points, 9 Rebounds, 6 Assists, 5 Steals in game against terrible team. I always count my stats in my head...

Most satisfying moment: Leading scorer on winning team for first time

Most Shameful moment: Air balling an open 3 to win the game.

Most Regretted Moment: Guaranteeing a victory against mediocre team a la Rasheed, then doing my most shameful moment.

Most painful moment: I sprain my ankle every month it seems.

Basketball Goals for the Future: I'll be in High School next year. I want to make the Varsity team.

Name : Martti.
Height : 6'1.
Weight : 65 Kgs (143 Lbs.)
Age : 14
Location : Estonia

Preferred Position : SF
Playing Position : SF
Experience : 3 years.
Favourite NBA Player : Chris Bosh.
Realistic NBA Comparison (And Why) : Kyle Korver - Good shooter, not much ball handling skills.
Strengths : Long range shooting, free throws, blocking.
Weaknesses : Strength, ball-handling.

Favourite move you can do : Fadeaway from the left elbow.
Favourite move you've done once : I shot a lay-up with my head looking the other way. I was way off-balanced.. 3-point play :)
Favourite place to shoot : Anywhere beyond the 3-point line.
Biggest shot you've made : In practice, we played 3on3. We neede 1 point to win.. I got the ball with a good defender on me.. I just let it fly and it went in.. We won.. Jeii......
Best game you've played : Street ball, scoring all teams 3 points in 5 seconds.. (We lost, but still.. 1 point jumper, steal, 2 point shot.)
Most satisfying moment : Blocking some a guy, tho thinks his the king of the world from 3-point range.
Most shameful moment : I missed a lay-up in the fast-break..

wow I haven't done one of these, ok here we go

Name: Jonathan Smith
Height: 6'6" to 6'7" i dont really know for sure anymore
Weight: Right now, 280, playing weight I was 220.
Age: 20, 21 in August
Location: Western Massachusetts, played 1 years college ball at Vermont Tech.

Preferred Position: C
Playing Position: PF, sometimes SF
Experience: 4 years High School, 2 years College
Favourite NBA Player: Gerald Green, Al Jefferson, Paul Pierce, Delonte West, (get the idea?)
Realistic NBA Comparison (And Why): Yao Ming, I got my nickname because I play like him. Big, block shots and not very athletic.

Strengths: Blocking, Rebounding
Weaknesses: Dribbling
Favourite move you can do: Couple dribble moves and dunking on people.

Favourite move you've done once: Playing against my gf's brothers 2 on 2 some kid gave me a nice alley and I dunked it 1 handed on one of her brothers. Bent the rim on that one :D
Favourite place to shoot: Mid Range, baseline shots are favorable.

Biggest shot you've made: Hit my first and only in-game three pointer as a buzzer beater. We were down 15 points, but still it felt good hitting that shot.

Best game you've played: stat-wise i grabbed 16 boards once, and in another game I snagged 8 boards in less than 5 minutes of gametime.
In my opinion though my best games where my first game at VTC and my first National Tournament game. In both games I swatted the other team's center and made a name for myself.

Most shameful moment: Lost game from one of the poorest teams with 2points after overtime Sad ( if we won this game we were going to the finals)

Most painful moment: Tearing my MCL twice, twisted knees, patella injuries, and sharp pains in the back of my ankle.

Basketball Goals for the future: Get back into shape, loose the 60 pounds I've gained since I played college ball, and win a championship in a mens league. Since my college basketball days are pretty much over with :? I guess my only other goal is to coach a high school or college team someday.

Edit: my coach mentioned me on the school website
Honorable Mention USCAA All Americans and All-YSCC players Chris Taft and Bryan Gillilan will be gone from this year’s squad. Also missed will be 6’6” Ryan Bjorn ,6’7” Jonathan Smith and co-captain Shane Lynch. “You don’t subtract quality people and outstanding leaders like last year’s graduates without putting a real hole in your team, Those fellows were the building blocks of our program” says Coach Dyer. “Nevertheless, I’m really excited to work with our returning players and an outstanding group of recruits.”

I did jack shit all year, I got stressed with UMass and stopped playing ball. And since I stopped working out and running, but kept eating the way I normally do, well, that gave me those 60 extra pounds.

Im just glad I can still dunk.

It's just nice to see that he called us the building blocks of the program. In the 3 years before my freshman year VTC only won a total of 4 or 5 games. Then in my 2 years we went to the national tournament and this year they didn't make it back. Im not saying its me because Taft and B were there those 2 years as well but there was just a great sense of unity that I will remember and cherish for the rest of my life.
Opinions are my own.

280? we should call you FatSming.

Height: 5'8", 5'9" with shoes
weight: uhhh 120 lbs, soaking wet
Age: 20 <- almost 21, bitches.
vertical leap: around 34", I've never really measured it with a ruler or anything.

Preferred Position: SG because I can't handle the ball
Playing Position: SG
Experience: I've been playing since I was 7, but organized ball since i was 13.
Favourite Nba player: Gary Payton/Chris Paul
Realistic NBA comparison( And Why): I would say Shane Battier at this point. I'm a hustle type player and will take charges and dive for the ball. I make my money on D, but i can hit the 3s and score if I need to, but I don't try too hard on offense if I play with guys that score.

Strengths: Defense, Steals
Weakness: Ball Handling, decision making, stamina

Favourite move you can do: I have range on my 3 point shot. I can hit from NBA range, but I lack consistency

Favourite move you've done once: Blocking a guy when he was shooting a jumper.

Favourite place to shoot: from the 45 degree angle for 3.

Biggest shot you've made: a 3 pointer from NBA range in a game. When I went up for the shot I heard my friends in the stands say "what the..?" and I swished it.

Best game you've played: I don't keep stats. well, maybe except for that time I got like 4 stls in a game.

Most satisfying moment: When I win a game.

Most shameful moment: uhhh when I was first playing organized ball I shot a free throw that hit the top of the backboard and went over.

MOST regretted moment: Not making the high school basketball team. I would've worked on my game a lot harder in middle school leading up to high school...

Most painful moment: diving for a loose ball, I landed right on my hip bone. it was bruised for like 2-3 weeks. I still have a scar.

Basketball Goals for the future: Improve my ball handling.
