I think this design will last a long, long while...

Andrew, sorry to bother you again, but when you have time, could you correct this little"bug", the forum will be then even easier to browse :)

after you've done a search, when you browse the pages, the highlighted words are in white, look at this example

That's quite hard to read, and it's even worse when the highlighted word in in a quote : it's white on white. That would be better if it would have been in red

That's not a terrible problem, I can still select the word with my mouse, but I spotted it just for the sake of perfection

Anyway, thanks again for your great job Andrew (y)

I actually tried to change this not too long ago. I looked up the appropriate code to change and made the modification, but it caused an error in the forum. I'll need to take another look at the mod or find one that won't mess up the code.

OK, thanks for your answer Andrew :) I looked at the code produced by the forum and it doesn't seem as obvious as I though to change it. I hope you'll find the solution pretty easily :)

It's possible I made a typo somewhere, but I checked it thouroughly and couldn't seem to fix the error so I had to restore the template file from a backup. It should be easy enough, I just have to make sure I make the right change to the right part of the code and leave the rest as it should be. ;)

Andrew, it's not a mod. Alls you have to do is lovate the code telling the search to highlight it white and change it to a different color, maybe yellow? I could do this if you wanna.

I know, mod was probably the wrong word to use. What I meant was making modifications to the template files. I located the code but the change caused an error; I obviously made an error somewhere.

If you want to send me the error you got then PM it to me. I am sure I can help you out.

I can't quite remember the error and I don't really want to reproduce it as it made the forum unavailable, but if you know the exact change to make, I can send you the template file or you could let me know so I could make the change myself. (Y)
