I guess it involves some sort of legal liability having people do some... unusual things that could potentially affect their health. Like that radio contest a couple of years ago that was called "hold your wee for a Wii" where the chick actually died from kidneys complications.

He just said the complaints were pretty much what el badman said. You can't make people do things for money that affects there health, but like you mention Andrew it may be more of an insurance risk, not against the law.

PS: It took me four and a half hours to build a fouton today.. :?
