Marshall might be the most talented receiver the Dolphins have ever had.

Has anyone seen this Jon Gruden's Quarterback Camp segment on ESPN? So far I've seen Colt McCoy and Tim Tebow, but I can't figure out how Gruden (who I normally really like) can be critical of Colt McCoy, but then he only strokes Tim Tebow's ego/cock?

Gruden spent alot of years in Florida with the Bucs. That'd be my guess

The press loves tebow...i have no idea why.

Lions traded their best Defensive player to the eagles to get Tony Shceffter from the broncos who got a 5th rounder from Philly.

Obviously Detroits going the offense only route

HELL NO! lol, Ernie Sims was one of the worst fits for Schwartz defense and wasn't even the best LB this past season. He's a tackler who does NOTHING else to help your team, he doesn't play the pass well, he takes some of the worst routes to the ball, and he doesn't really tackle a running back; he kind of throws himself at him (which causes all of his injuries).

He's probably the most athletic OLB in the NFL and for him to be a former Top 10 pick that really brings little to the table is sort of disappointing from a fan's point of view. I'll miss him because he was a tough ass mother fucker, but I think they can replace him somewhat easily.

First round of the draft was tonight and I actually didn't mind the night time slot. I still miss the day long event because it just feels more holiday-ish, but this was entertaining. Lions got Suh and Best, two guys that will be immediate improvements, so I'm happy there. Tebow went in the first round ahead of McCoy AND Clausen, which is absolutely retarded.

I can't wait till tomorrow lol

meh wasnt a fan of the primetime thing. Do it on the weekend so people with real jobs can watch.

Me and my buddies determined Tebow showed McDaniels "he'd do whatever it took" by sucking his cock. Thats the only logical explanation.

I'm still waiting on my panthers first pick. Hoping we trust Matt Moore and dont waste a pick on a QB (i'm very wary of drafting qbs high, its never worked out well for the Panthers.) We could use some Dline, or WR. Hoping Arrelious Benn is still around by our pick so we can pick him up as our #2 WR and he can become our #1 when Steve Smith calls it a career or we wont pay him the money he wants. He kinda quit on jake last year though, you could tell so i'm almost up for replacing him.

he didn't say god bless or god anything the whole time in his fucking 3 pick long interview, so that only backs up your idea of Timmy T doing the unspeakable to McDaniels even more

Yeah, Rejus is a good receiver, I think he's vastly underrated because he had such shitty QB play the last two years, he'll be a good fit in Carolina. I'm assuming there will be a run on D-Line soon with guys like Everson Griffin and Brian Price still around.

Panthers inked Clausen today for 2.36 Million guaranteed and up to 6 million and some change if he does well. I'm ok with that price for what was supposed to be a top 10 talent.

http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=l ... wing090710

As the summer wore on and the Denver Broncos training camp stretched through August, the lines of cars inched along Arapahoe Road, winding around the office park and delivering fans to a hill beside the Broncos’ practice fields. And they came devoted, wearing his jersey, No. 15, despite the fact he was the team’s third-string quarterback.

There has really never been a player like this in the NFL. One whose every move appears to be so pure and without pretense that he is beloved by millions, many of whom wouldn’t call themselves sports fans. Yes, much of it is based on his Christian faith and his proud admission that as a star athlete he is still a virgin

But Tebow’s fan base goes beyond those who share his faith. “I’m Catholic and he’s [evangelical] Christian. We couldn’t be farther apart,” said Don Tehan of Denver. “A lot of people believe he’s going to win. We think he’s going to take us to the Super Bowl.”

What the...

if tebow has any success he is very likely the next sports superstar

However...he's still at the very least a backup to Kyle Orton so i dont know why everyones spazzing.

His jerseys are selling like mad, he's getting contracts before having played any real snaps...its insane.

People love tebow...and i sorta get it. He's fun to watch. He's exciting and its hard to not get drawn into his passion for the game...but he still hasnt played a down. Chris Weinke, Dwyane Jarret, Keary Colbert. All hyped rookies who didnt do shit in the pros.

On top of that, the Broncos have nothing left. Marshall's gone, Knowshon's still learning, and the heart of their D went out for the season. So...Yeah..I think the thin air in denver is affecting judgement.

My Eagles lost to future MVP Rodgers and the Packers and lost Kolb to a Concussion. But Vick played pretty good.

It was 1 game. If Moore stops trying to be Jake Jr. we'd be ok. Our pass d apparently is fucking terrible though.

Half 1 they looked legit
half 2...we're going 1-15

Lets see which version shows up next week verus the bucs

Screw the news about that bitch.
The bigger story is the NFL screwing up with the rules again. They cost Calvin Johnson and my fantasy team a touchdown.
If any bullshite happens again, I'm bringing up the race card.
