oh god no, we failed and lost the 7 game series 4-0. Too many fancy moves for our out of shape asses. Team Turners was me in green, the bigger kid in red, and the one with the black tanktop + celtic shorts. Team Erving was the ass wearing our Turners practice Jersey, white take and shirtless.

Ugh, yesterday sucked at work, really stressful and just a shitty Friday overall. Basically got back from work, ate, picked my girlfriend up from her work and went straight to bed.

Results

BMI: 33.87
Weight: 292.8
Weight difference from yesterday's weigh-in: +0.4 pounds
WiiFit Balance age: 20

Total Loss: -0.3 pounds


Let's see food intake, 2 toaster strudels and a leftover meeting donut at work, lunch was left over honey mustard baked chicken with veges, and dinner was leftover pizza we had.


Pdubster, yea, I'm almost to the point were I have gained weight since I started this but the flexibility, my mobility, and the toning of the muscles has greatly improved since I started this. The balance age thing, after you weigh-in it gives you 2 random tests that examine your body control. There is leaning side to side, staying completely still, hitting boxes on the screen by shifting your weight, keeping 50/50 balance on each leg, and a couple other ones.

Ain't happening, in my high school class we had 0 black kids. Since then (this is fact, not me being racist) a bunch of blacks and latinos have moved up to my town from Holyoke, MA. So if we were to just play pick up instead of this kind of game there would be some.


Some smart ass thought that I should do WiiFit first thing right when I wake up....Ill play some Live later to punish myself.

going to slowly start eating better, didnt buy any poptarts or ice cream grocery shopping yesterday. Probly more salads and healthy shit will be taking over and we got that healthier soy frying oil stuff.

I'm no expert on fitness, but isn't it a better approach to weigh yourself once a week rather than every day? I'm guessing the results would fluctuate a bit since you might be weighing yourself after a particularly large meal or whatever.

To counter that I get up, goto the bathroom, then immediately weigh in. I dont usually have to poo in the AM so the results should be pretty consistent.

Great thread. I've been doing daily Wii Fit as well.. and one thing that I'm noticing is that it's completely retarded about your Wii Fit Age. Some days I lose weight, BMI, and improve on the tests... yet it still shows me older than the last day. I've been getting alot more active outside of Wii Fit as well; I am obviously a bit slimmer and I feel so much better- but the Wii Fit results go back and forth.

I'm pretty much just doing the exercises but not paying too much attention to the weight/age reporting thing, because it's not really lining up with muscle gain, etc. I'd still reccommend it to anyone.

Yea I am definitely not understanding the weight situation, but it is true that everyone fluctuates on a daily basis and doing the weekly weigh in instead has a better gauge on ones weight loss.

I think I am going to start actually trying to loose weight soon and strive for my "goal" of loosing 20 pounds (by my birthday, kinda cool how that worked out)
