While there may not be a solution to fix the problem of terrorism, there are ways to minimalise it's effects. Such as:
You mean, the policy that led to 9/11. We tried it, it failed.
Western Civilization and Islamists cannot live side by side. When two opposite polar cultures encounter each other there is always conflict. One side will win that conflict.
I've elected to side with Western Civilization. The rest of you are welcome to join.
