It's The Simpsons we're talking about though, a Simpsons movie after 17 years on the air with countless awards, praise and a huge fan following. I think it can sell itself without big names, so they can probably avoid that. That's why I hope a majority of the guest stars that appear are the ones with recurring roles as well as the cast that usually receives "Also Starring" billing (Pamela Hayden, for example).

I saw the ad tonight when I went to see Ice Age 2 (and Scary Movie afterwards)... didn't get any sort of reaction from the people there, just kinda passed by.

Maybe, but we do live in a country where there are individuals who maintain lawn bowls is more exciting than basketball.

Simpsons are cool until 8th season, then they suck a lot (N) . I really hate all seasons starting from 9th.

First, Homer was a normal guy in stupid situations, but now he's a stupid toon that is always mutilating himself. Actually they're trying to "FamilyGuyizate" the series, and that sucks, because they changed their original style.

Personally, I wasn't really bothered by the change in style until Season 14.

I know. Basketball doesn't get much respect in Australia at all, which is a real shame.
