Anyway, I've decided that if she initiates physical contact with me, then I have all rights to beat the hell out of her, in self defense, right? Anyway, thats how its going down. The last thing I want is to be in a court room with her saying she was abused and me and the rest of my family unable to go back at her because she could have bruises and whatnot.

@ Peachy, I have a knife set almost like that, but she's the one that carries around knives, not me. She always wears pants and a big sweatshirt with all kinds of things in the pockets. Don't get me wrong, you come across as a level-headed person. No matter what the problem is good to be able to do something to chill out and get away from it - preferably something healthy rather than self-destructive. Like sports, video games or just being able to get out of the house and hang out with friends.

I finally got a chance to read it, and seriously, your mom is spoiling her from the sounds of it and doesn't do anything to discipline her. Your dad only does something as a last resort. Basically, they're letting her get what she wants with little or no discipline, and that's a huge factor to why she's acting like a dipshit. Seriously, you could talk to your parents about it, and really have her put into detention or some correctional facility because she's only going to get worse. I'd love to see her sent to boot camp, though.

Oh yea, I remember why I don't wanna videotape her. Cuz my house is an absolute destruction zone. It's a mess, old, and crappy. Don't give me the "Well clean it up" bullshit, because it's beyond cleaning. I mean, we're not wealthy at all, and part of my roof fell in like 10 years ago during a hurricane and it still isn't fixed. There's only styrophome (spl) up there. My bedroom has one window with 2 broken pieces in it, and it's drafty so I freeze on cold nights. Half the reason of this problem is my dad is a pack rat. He always talks and acts like we need to get rid of unneccessary things, but he has Computer Shopper magazines from 1992. He keeps parts of everything, old computers, old cars, etc, always claiming he'll fix em up, but he procrastinates too much.
