maybe were doing it the hard way?? maybe it was made for adults, or some1 who has been working out on their legs for a while??

coz there is no way anyone could do so many, after about 12 in a row the rest are not as quelity??

does anyone know were to download the video?? or is ther any pics of how to do it?? or can u post some pics of u doing it??

well after 6 weeks of AA3 i have quit :(
unfortunately i have developed bone spurs in my right heel as well as having a knee injury which occured during a game of soccer @ school

i hope to restart the program when i'm back to fitness......right now i have trouble playing bball pain free

i stopped about 2 weeks ago when i was finished week 4, coz finals were coming up and i needed my energy, im gonna restart it soon, coz i have no sport coming up till next bball season :)

Sounds to me like they made it so hard on purpose. If no one finishes...no one can expect whatever results they promise.

Just get in the gym and do some calf raises and leg presses guys...don't hurt yourself. Each person develops differently and needs to go at their own pace.

had i not gotten the injuries (which i think are non AA3 related) i would of finished the program, it's hard but thats the sacrifice some ppl are willing to make
