Okay, here's the first step.. We need 3 more groups.. 3 groups consisting of 10 people. Gather 10 people into your group and pm me when you're done. Figure out who's your boss, consigliere (Right hand man) and captains and capo's.. create your own sigs if you want too..
Preparation will only take you so far. After that you've got to take a few leaps of faith.
