And another thing i've been wondering about. I've noticed this especially in the last rounds of the group games.
Here some teams went into the game knowing that they had to win to go through. In my example im talking about the Germans.
They are behind 2-1. They don't change their style of play. They don't make any offensive subs. (Jeremies, Defensive Midfielder.....riiiighT..

My point is that it dosnt really matter if you lose 2-1 or 5-1. They had to win,, why dont they just storm down the field caring a rats ass about defense when they know they must win to go through?

They have nothing to lose, no matter what happens they go home heroes and that lifts a heavy load of they backs, which will allow them to play beyond there ability. I watched the game VS France, and i think they are lucky to have only lost by 1 goal. It could have been 5, France got housed.

WHAT No he does'nt . Sure he has had a really shit tournement and missed his last 3 penalties. He is still our captain and still the best player on our team and i would STILL pick him to step up for the 1st penalty in any game! I did bitch about him when we lost but i was FURIOUS at our disallowed goal .
He missed that penalty due to the FACT that when used his last step on his run up to actualy shooting the ball it was directly into SAND which really did move the ball just before he shot.

VASSEL struggled the whole tournement, he looked out of place. But unlike BECKHAM he didnt fall over everytime he got the ball .

What going on with some of the players, they look like they have been drugged b4 the game........SERIOUS
Henry, Becks, Veira(injury my ass) and there are others who have just played so terrible.

BTW Euro 04 was ours, we have been robbed by that dickhead referee. I honestly believe we would have won the whole thing!
