Yes, perhaps a psychologist, nutritionist and physical trainer can help prevent and reverse the effects of their lifestyle choices, while doctors and meds treat the health consequences. The basic point still stands that it is a lifestyle issue and they're either uneducated, ignorant, misinformed, or addicted. Not many people know that one large pizza is the caloric equivalent of 26 eggs. That pizza in the photo was probably about the caloric equivalent of 60 eggs [Edit: More like 125 eggs. In many small towns a Wal-Mart, often Supercenter, is the "central" gathering place as it's the one location where anyone can be at any one point and has everything. I imagine the Michigan entry is because we have Meijer which is a more localized (Great Lakes area) Wal-Mart type place and thus regularly competes. (Plus union mobs kept Wal-Mart away from the state for a while.) A town near where my parents live, the new Meijer is a key location where local kids tend to hang out on the weekend since the "downtown" closes at like 6pm and only a few restaurants stay open until 8. (EDIT: Actually, fuck, that downtown is better than LANSINGS which closes at like 3pm except for the bars.)

It's like a "mall" but with only one store and slightly smaller.

Haha, I appear to be in Wal-Mart territory. That's crazy, I would think malls are the primary place for this, aside from social media at least.
