Yeah, it was nowhere near as good as the first one. I'm not even sure if I would call it good or not.

I just saw
The Happening. I should sue for false advertising. Nothing happened.
..and that right there is the perfect review for the movie.
dude is like a one hit wonder. after the Sixth Sense, he stopped trying.

Also Watched Charlie Bartlett and The Hammer today.
Charlie was an interesting flick trying to make a statement bout kids who feel unheard. The message didnt succeed though...
The Hammer is Adam Carolla as a middle aged boxer trying to make a comeback: wasnt great but it wasnt complete shit like most things he's in.

Another good review except it was alot better than I thought it would be. The guy actually does a decent job at acting like himself with a twist of regular human being...who knew. Now if only his friend "jiminey" Kimmel and his fucked up fuck hole sarah silverMan would do the same.
"look at me...because I try by best to say the most offensive shit possible and hope that the shear shock of it makes you laugh nervously."

Watch Wall-E guys. Probably the cutest movie you'll evah see. Also has an alright theme to it as well.

Just watch The Incredible Hulk. All i can say is that Hulk shouldn't be seen as a antagonist but a hero just like the other marvel characters. One of my favorite superheroes, strength over brains.

There is indeed. There'll be two more after that as well.
I watched The Wedding Singer and The Whole Nine Yards on the plane over to Canada, I hadn't actually watched either of them before despite them coming out many years ago, except for a few snippets of The Wedding Singer when it's been shown on TV.

With your posts, pretty much obvious.

Wall-e is such a perfect movie. It's a movie about about love and perseverance, and it's about the problems of today's world where we pollute our bodies and destroy our lands, but they don't do in a preachy way. There's very little dialogue, but what makes that so powerful is the message is absolutely clear through visual communication. It's such an awesome film, and would probably rank in my top of favorite movies, and the only animated movie in my list.

Longtime Simpsons director Jim Reardon worked on that, though he was on the writing side of things this time. I haven't seen it yet.

Watched the Onion Movie-One of the funniest things i've watched in a long time. It's stupid but what else would you expect? Steven Seagal is...COCKPUNCHER....

Finally watching Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix movie. Used to be a fan back in middle and high school but its been a while. This movie is definitely the darkest of all the ones so far.
Mon Jun 30, 2008 3:34 am
I've seen it praised as the best of the Potter films but I'm not sure about that. I think it's suffered the most so far from having details from the book cut, simply because Order of the Phoenix is the longest book in the series. I've heard they're going to do Deathly Hallows as two movies so as much detail as possible can be included.

WALL-E is a great flick. Like Ratatouille, it's not quite as kids-oriented as their previous movies, as Cy mentioned, it does raise some critical issues without actually preaching anything. Phenomenal visuals and good story, highly recommended.

Ace Ventura, When Nature Calls
Yeah Andrew, it was jumping like left and right, really hectic. Guess he was going for the confusion and panic feeling. I was on IMDB and saw that Deathly Hallows was going to be split up, cause they had someone casted as in Part 1 already.
also just watched the full Rush Hour 3. NICE.

I thought the majority opinion was that the third Potter movie was the best... maybe that was just my opinion.
Last film I watched: The Talented Mr. Ripley - Matt Damon is actually a really good actor. Jude Law and Philip Seymour Hoffman were also good in it.

Anyone know when The Argentine is going to premiere? Me and a couple friends are thinking of boycotting the movie.

He probably was but it came off as being a bit rushed to me. I think it's forgivable though seeing how much they had to condense, the montage wasn't a bad way of doing that.

I just watched the movie: " Instinct ".
Absolutely 10/10, perfect story and everything, pretty emotional and cool, so I really liked the movie. So yeah, I really suggest it.

Watched some movies lately. Semi-Pro, Be Kind Rewind and Drillbit Taylor with Semi-Pro being my favorite out of them.
The scene on the poker table was definitely my favorite
"Did you just call me a jive turkey?"
"No, no he did not ... eh .. he called you a cocksucker!"
"Yeah I just called you a cocksucker."
"No, I'm pretty sure you called me a jive turkey. Jive turkey is a little over the line my man!!"
The part with the "unloaded" gun .. just hilarious. "Whohoa .. I did get shot"
Jackie makes a shot
"Travelling"
"No, no, no. One and a half steps"
"C'mon Jackie, you walked"
"SUCK MY COCK OR I'LL MURDER YOUR FAMILY"
Loved the movie.
"Even you Vakidis. God damn dumb son of a bitch. You don't understand a word I'm saying, do you?"
Drillbit Taylor was OK, it was better than I expected. The ending was a bit "too perfect"
Be Kind Rewind was also very nice.

My wife and I both saw hancock and wanted today and they were both awsome movies. The twist in wanted was predictable but the one in hancock wasn't. I think that's the problem the reviewers had with the movie...they couldn't deal with the shift from comedy to drama but we could. It's a little bit of a couples movie..so that helped us enjoy it as well. With wanted...what you see in the trailers is what you get...a toned down version of the matrix action wise....so that's that.
