The Letting Off Steam Thread

Other video games, TV shows, movies, general chit-chat...this is an all-purpose off-topic board where you can talk about anything that doesn't have its own dedicated section.

 That pretty much made me laugh so hard I had tears in my eyes. You really should've seen me a few months ago.

But to answer your question seriously, no, I'm not a member of any other online communities, NLSC is more than sufficient for me. By the way, thanks for the kind words. :)

By the way Jaosming, I get where you're coming from, I've wanted to pull my hair out reading some of the threads in the 07 Section aswell. (That is if I had any hair on my bald head.)

But as I said, do whatever it is you need to rid yourself of that frustration.

My walk and my talk is a lot different than the last time you saw me...

Maybe so, but your grammar isn't.

My aunt just passed away yesterday, she lived in the Heights in NYC. She jumped off a building while sending her son to the library. I am not feeling the pain as much as my mom but it still hurts. My cousin is a 12 year old orphan, my mom is drenched in tears, and well I'm emotionless. I can't laugh, a few tears came out but I haven't cried foreal. Wow.

RIP Tata.

I don't believe it. iTunes 7 is worse than iTunes 6. I guess I'm going back to 5. (N)

Condolences Doobie.

Just saw someone who was a bully way back, to my surprise he's gay now.
Makes you wonder how everything changes.

Damnit, every friggin time I turn around my desk area at work I bust my friggin knee on some brace thingy under the friggin table. I swear I'm about to drop someone on this shit so they ll replace it before I have to sue. Grrrrrrrrrrr...you feel my anger?

Sorry to hear the news Doobie. Pretty dramatic if you ask me. Just keep comforting your mom and other family members and with time they will find ways to cope with the loss.

I'm fucking angry.

My brother/cousin went out to play pool, when they came back they SMS'd me to let them back in so they didn't wake up my mum. This was at about 10:30pm. I went out, opened the door and went back into the dining area... just as I left, a car full of guys pulled up and 2 got out. They asked if they had any money because they were out of gas, my brother said no and went inside. One of them went right up to the door and tried to keep it open, so my cousin closed it and told the guy to fuck off. Like 5 seconds later there's these 2 huge smashing sounds and a car screaming off. The guys smashed our entire front window and drove off. Waiting for the cops we saw through the window they drove past six times, so we all went and stood outside with a variety of weapons and such. They drove past a seventh time, shit themselves and screamed off through a red light. The cops finally showed up and did fuck all.

Fucking drug addicted Abbo's, thankfully we got a great look at the car and my brother remembers the two guys really clearly. We'll find them by the end of the week.

Edit: Maybe sooner... my brother said when they pulled up and asked for money they said they were looking for our house number specifically... we've only just moved here, the only person who knows where we live/the house number is this guy my cousin met a couple of weeks ago, he has his mobile number and his address. They're fucked.

FUCK...I just ripped 2 ligaments in my right foot...again.

2 years ago a kid slid into me during a soccer match at school which left me with 2 torn ligaments and 5 weeks of wearing a brace. After those few weeks i was gradually feeling better and was even thinking about returning to my Basketball team. Well, today we played Basketball at school. First hour was like always and then in the second the teacher had just come over to look how we play and grade us (usually I get an a here) when I went up for a rebound, landed akward, and I could hear a pretty loud crack-sound. Well, I pushed myself of the field and was in huge pain. After 20 minutes of cooling the ankle my mom picked me up and drove me to the doctor's. There they x-rayed my foot and put me through a test were they push angainst the ankle with 14 kilos (maybe 35 pounds)...damn, that really feels good with your ligaments torn.... :x

yeah, well now Im in pain here and won't be able to play sports the next few weeks...just great=(
