is it usually delayed down undah?

yes, usually we get the game about 4-5 months later than US....the earliest we've received the game is about 2 and a half months late....however, I think with success of 2k6 on 360, we'll be getting it within the next few weeks

nhl 2k7 released here about a week ago so it'll happen for nba counterpath too....

shame college hoops 2k7 doesn't release outside north america as that is one game I would like to pick up :(

"Last year's Live wasn't good" - Andre Iguodala

Iggy is just jealous because Kyle Korver can drop 50 pts. with FSS. :P

I'll wait for the aussie people to get the game, then I'll start a new thread for a league. Or something of that sorts.

Woooow.....one major reason I ended up buyin this is because of the draft import feature...

So WTF is this about.........you have to import the rookie class in before the season starts? I had planned on waiting til NCAA came out, and then importing at the end of the season like I do on Madden 2007. Now, it's no fuck'n point in me doin a season if it's gonna give these fake ass rookies this year. I am surprised that it gives real ace n shit, but wtf???

I am assuming I could import from NCAA 2K6 though, right? Even so, it still messes things up some because I gotta erase the people who actually got drafted.

Wed Oct 18, 2006 9:10 pm

No you can't import from 2k6 lol. I guess you have to wait for CHoops 2k7.

Thu Oct 19, 2006 2:13 am

Ah....well fuggit....guess I'll have to just do a year with fake rookies. I am not about to wait a month and a week just to still have to spend 10 hours puttin names in.

Have any of the current gen users found a way to lower the turnovers in a game? Those stupid CPU players are still just dribbling right out of bounds, sometimes it's cause they try to drive and the D deflects them out, and sometimes they just kinda step out. The CPU is having like 15-20 TO's/game.

Real playbooks?

Thu Oct 19, 2006 11:46 am

Where is possible to find the real offensive and defensive playbook of every nba team?
And wich is in nba2k7 the most similar offensive play as the "playmaker" in nba2k6?
Thanks, Luca

try tune up their offensive awareness
and tune down your defence pressure

I recommend TPG for a good cheap aussie internet connection.

Wooo i finally got it. I'm down for a league or something whenever. Man, this is the first time I actually have to figure out how to score! (Y) I've even run the clock down all the way trying to find a shot. This is great. And I only average like 3 dunks a game if that.

MJ cap for xbox 360 2k7. Its really damn good, I think someone may have mentioned this before but it may have been another one but my apologies if it has been. Also I have a question, when MJ came back to the NBA to play for the Wizards was he only in Live or was he in 2k also?

Mon Oct 23, 2006 3:02 am

He was in both. I remember that, ah, good ol' dreamcast. :D

Mon Oct 23, 2006 5:46 pm

I got another question, is it possible to do one-two's in 2k7?

Wed Oct 25, 2006 9:05 am

It's Ron Artest's signature move.

WTF are you talking about?

Wed Oct 25, 2006 9:13 am

Damn those MJ pics look good.

When you pass to a player and you run off to the paint and he passes back for a lay-up. Nice size 2 writing ;) hopefully Ron Ron does some 1-2's West Coast style next brawl.

That's called a give and go you idiot.

And no, there isn't a way to do it other then dual player control.

Thu Oct 26, 2006 8:21 am

hahah yea it's a give and go. And actually there is way to do it. Or there was in 2k6 at least, I'm not sure if you can still do it in 2k7. I'm not sure the exact controls, but let's say your Artest and you have the ball, then you press something like left trigger (PS2-L1) and pass (X) to a player, and then Artest will cut to the basket with an X over his head, and if you press X it will pass to him. I really forgot about that feature, and never really have used it except for when I was trying to learn new controls on 2k6.

Thu Oct 26, 2006 8:39 am

in 2k7 it's triangle.

So I called it the wrong name but there is no need to call me an idiot over something so minor

Yeah spot on (Y) I have 2k6 and I've tried the same controls in 2k7 but it just passes no give n' go and icon above the player's head running to the basket. What a shame they took it out maybe they think it needs refining and will be back for 2k8.

fucking awesome. a 1-2? what the hell were you thinking?

It's the name for it in soccer. Called give n' go "1-2" before by accident because it follows the same sporting principle.

Fri Oct 27, 2006 1:00 am

I call them 1-2's. No big deal really.
