nice i thnk the pic on the right shouldnt be there or atleast be able to see like some of it but besides that i like the background and the way the logo blends in good job all around

I like the font, but it needs to be centered and maybe a bit bigger?
Also, the wizards logo is pretty hard to see. It took me awhile to notice it was even there. If you dont have enough layers to work with, I would duplicate it, and set the duplicated layer to overlay... that should make it dark enough to notice but not be too obtrusive.
Other than that it's fine.

Niiiiiice idea man, pretty good execution as well.
Though the text straight-up sucks and too bad Spud Webb is there, but it's still great. I think you could improve it by removing the outer glow to begin with.
I'm not saying I'm a good PS user or anything but could you maybe send me the .psd so I can try to finish it off (since you're stuck)?

nice effects on the players and like CK said if Spudd wasn't there and if the glow wasn't as much it would look better
