What? He wanted his wife, who loves him more than anything, get punched in the face. You condone that?

Re: WWE Thread

Apparently there's a possibility ECW will be scrapped or at least re-tooled due to the disappointing ratings. Probably not a bad idea.

Re: WWE Thread

Fri Dec 04, 2009 3:47 pm

^ WWE should get rid of ECW since they are really pursuing the PG approach. They should distribute the young talents to Smackdown (yes, I mentioned Smackdown first  ) and RAW to freshen up the main event scene.(especially RAW).

Re: WWE Thread

There's nothing particularly "extreme" about the current incarnation of ECW though. Having that third show as a glorified minor league isn't too bad of an idea but it's a waste of a talent like Christian.

Hey guys.
I think that WWE should get rid of ECW since they are really pursuing the PG approach.

christian. already said that

Re: WWE Thread

I kinda feel like they should get rid of ECW because overall they want a PG approach to wretling.

....

but honestly, they should scrap it because it's a stain on ECW's name

Re: WWE Thread

Fri Dec 04, 2009 10:02 pm

Or scrap that PG-13 shit and bring back what ECW was back in the day. My mood in watching WWE is kind of down lately. Damn

Re: WWE Thread

Fri Dec 04, 2009 11:11 pm

this is just a wishful thinking.

2011 WWE Draft

Smackdown drafts:
-Christian
-Zach Ryder
-Yoshi Tatsu
-Abraham Washington
-Ezekiel Jackson
-Tifanny

RAW drafts:
-Shelton Benjamin
-William Regal
-Vladimir Kozlov
-Vince Archer
-Tyler Reks
-Rosa Mendes

Tony Atlas, Goldust and Tommy Dreamer should retire.

OR BRING BACK THE BLOOD TO ECW

Not really, it's just that I'd like to see HBK as champ again. They've given Triple H all the push when they let him win 13 titles. Just like what Andrew said, this will make things fresh these days, especially that the WWE Title just circulates around Triple H, Cena, and Orton.

I'm guessing this will happen once Edge returns and feuds with Y2J/Big Show and have the Edge-Christian back.

You used the shaking your head smiley to show that you wanted to see Shawn Micheals champion. I understand.

Re: WWE Thread

I think it won't make a difference if I used :cheeky: or

One of the reasons why I prefer Smackdown over Raw is because of Cena being champion.

EDIT:
Breaking Update: Umaga Still Alive At This Point
Reported by: Ryan Clark

Just to clear up a rumor that is going around on some websites, Eddie 'Umaga' Fatu is still alive at a hospital in Houston, TX. The family is being gathered as I write this.

According to a source, without a miraculous recovery, it is just a matter of time. Again, he has not passed away as of this writing.

We wish him all the best and hope things improve although that seems unlikely at this point. So sad. We are being very cautious as it pertains to this story as we want to pass along the correct info. to all of you.

He's still alive and I hope he can get better.

Even in the comics, HHH and Cena go over.

Latest reports are that he's still alive but in intensive care and could very well be brain dead. Considering he was fired for refusing to go to rehab after his second Wellness violation, I'd speculate that his drug problems have something to do with it. Very unfortunate.

Wow. Wasn't he just out here wrestling?

Re: WWE Thread

Sat Dec 05, 2009 9:57 am

The WWE website posted that Umaga is dead. I think this confirms that he is really dead.

Another wrestler dead far too soon. RIP, Eddie Fatu.

That sucks, I've always liked how Umaga performs (except the squashing). RIP. :(

Re: WWE Thread

I read on wrestlezone website that Eddie Fatu had his last match with Mr. Kennedy in WWE before he died. Four years ago, Eddie Guerrero had his last match with Mr. Kennedy before he died. Coincidentally, both of these wrestlers had "Eddie" as there first names. :| RIP Umaga
