I'd say it'll probably be more like 6-700mb. Just one court, two teams etc.
I wonder which teams will be featured though. Perhaps another finals matchup..
Not sure how you'd go about looking at the saved files though, but on the PS3 the hard drive can easily be removable and plugged into a computer. Might be the same for the 360?

...didnt I send you that demo when I ripped it off my 360 HDD with the Xsata? Before 07 even came out?

So, I just bought an optical cable for 5.1 sound and a VGA cable for my 360 and it's just damn awesome.

It's all crisp like PC games are, and the 5.1 sound quality is great. It actually pisses me off because I was playing the Live 08 demo and it had great 5.1 positioning. The commentators and on court action were in the center channel, while the crowd and arena noise were in the surround channels. Yet, EA can't support 5.1 properly in the PC version.
Jao gave me the 360 demo file for 08 and I was able to extract the main BIG file from it. If anybody knows any willing programmers who would like to reverse engineer the format and create a texture export tool, let me know and I will upload some files.

Silver is almost the same as gold. The only thing Gold gives you is that you can play games online, and you get demos right away. Silver members cant play online, and have to wait a week after a demo hits Xbox live to download it. But yeah, you can still download demos, as many as you can hold, at no charge.

Really? I think I have silver and I downloaded the Live 08 demo the day it came out.

Depends. I hardly ever play more then 3 hours at a time. I just cant play games longer then that. I dont play every day. Probably about 4-5 days a week, 3 hours each day. Thats if i have some new games too. If not i would say i play half that time or less.

One day i played up to 9 hours in one session (drunk all nighter

) and nothing happened, my 360 was actually quite cool i could of kept going. Its safe for me to say that ive had my 360 for over a year and have never once experience the 3 red lights (touch wood). I dont play everyday prob once or twice a week or a bit more in holidays etc. but when i have big sessions like all dayers nothing happens. Just make sure the power supply is above ground in an open place meaning not behind cabinets etc. make sure it has A LOT of access to the air in the room and everything should be fine.
I plan on gettin Live once again (had it when i first got the 360) so when ill do ill expect some great duels with some of you guys

echizen4591, the biggest thing you need to worry about is if your xbox 360 has enough air space to breathe. If you have it in some inclosed entertainment center where the doors can close, move it. It needs air to circulate, space on the sides, back, and front. Same with the power bar, you need to give that space to breathe too. As long as thats good, i dont think you will have any over heating problems. Though i only play 3 to 4 hours at a time. But if you play 3 hours, give it a couple hours rest, and then play again, i think you will be fine.
PS, every xbox 360 has a 3 year warranty, so if you do get it, it shouldnt cost you anything.

Son of a bitch, I think my Xbox is dead. It fell about 2 feet and landed vertically on it's cables a while back. I played it the other day and my game froze shortly after loading. I restarted it and kept getting an "E 74" message on the screen and one red blinking light on the console. I looked up the error and it said it's a problem with the AV cable. So, I tried my other one and got the same error. I continued to research the error and found that it could also be a problem with the power cable/unit. So I removed the hard drive, removed the cable and moved the power unit into a different position. Then I plugged everything back in and I was able to play for a few hours. Figuring it was fixed, I tried to start it up tonight. I load up 2k8, and I start selecting the teams and it freezes. Restart it and I got the error again and again. Fuuuuuuuuck.

Damn that sucks and because it's not the RROD you'll have to pay to have it repaired. Leave it on for ages in a congested space on it's side on carpet so that it gets the RROD then send it in and get a free replacement...

I just tried the towel trick. Letting it cool down. I'm thinking about the box-swap method, if this doesn't work. Buy a new one, switch the 360's, take it back as defective and get my money back.

I opened this baby up. Turns out I have some soda on it. Thing is, that soda must have been there, because it was playing fine until it fell. Soda drops on the bottom of the dvd drive, soda drops on the mainboard, on the chassis, on one of the memory card plugs, on a couple of chips and their connectors. There was a broken piece of plastic inside, too.
I'm going to attempt to clean a few things with some rubbing alcohol.
