I wonder which match-up will be the worst, Tunisia vs. Saudi Arabia or Iran vs. Angola.

Omfg wtf???? Did u see that shitty 3rd goal Spain scored? Referee is a complete douche bag for calling that a foul!!! That mofo from Spain fell down by himself and he gives a red card to that guy!!! I haven't seen such a circus in a long time...  (N)

YAWN...Tunasia-Saudi has got to be the dullest game ever. Even though Tunasia's goal was pretty nice...it's been a very boring game.

However, I can't wait to see Germany play later today with Ballack back! I don't know what his injury was, but hopefully he'll be effective...I hate when teams are missing their most prominent player.

I've got to take my comment back, it was a pretty intense game when Saudi Arabia equalized, took the lead then Tunisia equalized.

I'm glad Ukraine lost...I hate Shevchenko (everyone does in Italy)
Yesterday Croatia deserved to win more than Brazil. Brazil played shitty all time (except Lucio, Juan and Kakà) and Croatia was just unlucky. I expect them to qualify as second.
I'm now waiting for Germany-Poland, I can't wait to see some nazi Germany supporter in the stadium shouting something offensive

Ditto! What a game in the second half...the emotion shown by the Saudis after the goals was really inspirational. I must've jumped 10 feet into the air when they scored their 2nd goal. That would've been a perfect ending...too bad they had to give up a goal in the 90th minute :x

Very good game so far (y) Poland was playing really good at the start of the game, but Germany gradually took over more and more. Looks like Germany will walk away as winners from this one if they just keep playing like they do.. Oh, and I stand by my statement that Schweinsteiger is a real potential candidate for the 'Best Young Player', he's freaking awesome..

 Lol at the end of the game I actually saw a skinhead doing the Roman salute against the Polish supporters.
Anyways I think it was a nice game, especially at the end (I've hit my head against the wall like 3 times when first Klose and then Ballack missed the goal)

Like he cares about any of u

If you don't know already, he got punched or something like that by a group of AC Milan supporters when they just knew that he was leaving...

LMAO, pwned by Jugs

Couldn't watch any games today, but I was disappinted with Ukraine's defense. 4 goals? (N)

The Czech Republic are the best team based on round 1 games I think.

Best teams so far, IMHO: Czech Rep., Italy, Ecuador, Germany, and maybe Spain (based just in the result).

I think Rosicky's goal was better than Lahm/Frings.

I liked Frings' more :P

debiler wrote:But Robinho did SOMETHING at least. He had the ball sometimes. Not like Ronaldo 'bring your personal cook to the tournament' lazy ass...

He had the ball sometimes yes but they werent very fruitful possessions. a couple stepovers here and a couple fouls there. Nobody on the attacking end did anything except probably Kaka. Adriano had just as much a shit match as Ronaldo so its kinda funny hearing people not mentioning his name as much. Ronaldinho did not have even near the impact he should have on the game. Everybody was lazy and sluggish but even so Croatia didnt do anything much so its kinda freaky imagining what happens if Brazil start playing with little passion. Croatia looked more shittier for making Brazil beat them while playing like that.

Anyways, the Saidi-Tunisia match today was better than expected. The Spain match was the most entertaing IMO but it was just surprising that I was actually interested in the Saudi game. As far as Spain goes, I'm not much bothered by the red card as Ukraine wasnt going anywhere anywyas. Spain was looking pretty good and the result would have probably ended the same.

son of a bitch Poland couldn't hold off :x At least we have kick ass supporters (Y) I heard our hooligans caused some trouble, that was expected because heaps of them travelled just to fight, most don't care about the results.

Oh man, I was watching the game on a big screen with some teammates and stuff .. around 40 people and everybody just went nuts when Neuville scored the goal !!

I think best so far in this tourney where Italy (solid game vs an athletic, good Ghana squad) and Germany (two wins .... but not the very best soccergames)
Spain did pretty good, but the red card was ridiculous and Ukraine played way weaker than usual.

I hope we make it at home, would be very cool !

fuck fuck fuck!

Nemanja Vidic (plays for Serbia) is injured and will miss the rest of the World Cup.
He was suspended in the first match against Netherlands because he got a red card in the last match of qualifiers and now he is fucking injured! I'm so pissed off because he is most probably the best defender we have!

Oh this is the guy playing for Manchester ?

You will have a hard time since group C is very strong and he next game vs argentina will be decisive !

I would like the Ivory Coast to make it in this group, surely Serbia, too, but this is unrealistic since one of the two topteams (ARG, NED) will make it anyway.

Yeah, he is the one playing for Man Utd. Tomorrow we will play against Argentina and if the coach has better formation/line up, we will have a chance I think.

I won't be surprised if Ivory Coast does good against Netherlands.

Yeah Ivory Coast is strong. Well Serbia did ok vs the Netherlands, but the forwards arent dangerous enough.
And Stankovic can do way better I think.
Kezman needs to step up and create some chances for himself.
The defense is pretty good ! One mistake and on break away made the goal for the Netherlands, Robben was extremely good.
I hope Serbia does something and wins vs Argetnina.

And btw you live in Australia and are Serbian ?
And what do you think about this seperation Serbia / Montenegro ?
