Every 6 months or so Firefox completely resets all my preferences. I now have no bookmarks, default settings, and a whole lot of fantastic sites...gone.

HOLY FUCK!!!

Sidenote: Anyone know how to get those back?

That happens to me too, but I don't have many bookmarks so it's not a problem.

argghhh :x

our bball team lost a game tonight that we should have won....& with about 7 seconds to go in the game & down by only 1pt the other team were inbounding the ball....we had full court man-to-man....my guy got away from me to receive the pass, but I somehow came from his blindside and took the pass away, bounced passed to my teammate who was under the hoop, who was fouled & had 2 shots at the charity stripe....he missed both :x and we lost :x I hate losing bball (N)

I played pretty mediocrely offensively, about 11pts (was good from inside but my shot was off on the night)....alright defensively, about 9 boards, 5 blocks, 5 steals....arghhh

ahh well, maybe next time

how do you get like 11pts 9 boards 5 blocks and 5 steals

i only got 2pts, 1 board, 4 assists and 1 steal

And we lost. and we're out of the fucken finals

usually I don't get that many blocks & steals, usually I get about 2spg & 1bpg....but my hands were active on defense....and I'm a forward so on both ends of the court I've closer to the hoop than you (I'm presuming you're a guard)....

sucks you are out of finals....we are on track for semis, provided we don't throw games away like tonight....we seem to stick with the really good teams & just lose....but then we go out & play the crap teams & really struggle....we lower ourselves to our opponent's level (N)

EDIT: And don't worry, that use to be my stat line when I was your age....just didn't have the confidence & I was skinny as hell....now I'm a machine & don't get pushed around, I'll do any pushing if necessary  took a nasty elbow to side of head tonight, felt like my ear was bleeding :shifty: but all is sweet

I'm skinny as hell but i dont take any shit from anyone.. he he

i would be more effective if a) i was 6 inches taller, b) when i pass to my bigs, they actually score, they usually just shoot it, miss, grab rebound and get it in, so there goes my assist and c) if i was in a lower division

edit: im leet on defence so i win there

I actually played the latter parts of the game as a SG which was unusual....not offensively....but defensively I was out on the perimeter & handled it alright considering how poor my lateral quickness & speed is

I think talking about it has got the steam out :P

I play the Point guard because I'm a mediocre shooter plus i love just driving Tony Parker style, but i sometimes try to much and do some sort of spin, i did an unnecessary one today in semi-lazy defence and i just airballed it, so i was like fuck, what a crappy game

fuck im still not happy about missing finals, we played so well on Sunday against a crappy rep team but then we get ripped by a team that has a player that looks like mccawley calcum (how ever you spell it, the guy from home alone and richie rich)

There's this little thing I like to call...sarcasm.

I used to live here:

Image

Just above Venezuela, the island named Curacao. The one in the middle, next to it are Aruba & Bonaire.

A little further on top are Saba, St. Eustatius & St. Maarten, those three + the ABC islands = Netherlands Antilles. Although Aruba isn't part of it anymore, that's out of the Antilles. So it's three countries you could say in total. Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles (the five islands) and Aruba.

Again, I lived on Curacao for 11-12 years.

You're not letting out steam. You sound happy. Time out for Jackal.

And @ Nick, I don't think it happens for everyone. It's happened twice to me now, and not a single time to my dad. And my dad has been using it on his laptop almost as long as me.

I thought my big-time work period was over...but things are snowballing again and I'm not liking it. My English teacher is just dumping this Macbeth bullshit on us.
