Hey,I am making a website for my home team the Toronto Raptors called "Raptor World",and I need a banner. Heres the details..
[Please no bigger then 500x200]

These are the pics I want in the Background faded with some cool effect if that can be added:

How do I add a Signature? All that I see in my PROFILE page is a textbox for the signature, how do I upload the image?

Upload it to Imageshack or Photobucket, than copy the url to the text box, and make sure it has tags around it
