That's great ! I like the way the forum design is (at last !) personnalised, even if now, with all this red, it looks more like the "Chicago Bulls Live forum" than the "NBA Live Series forum"

Be careful ! Soon he will replace the yellow smileys by Bulls one

you deserve a big (Y) for your great job Andrew :)

Actually, I'd say the forum is closer to the Rockets colours, but in any event, glad you like it. :) Most of the credit should go to Abel though.

i don't know if it's just my IE cache, but is the top-left graphic supposed to be still orange?

also, i'm unsure how abel did it, but the new forum button gifs have some antialiasing issues, they aren't really smooth, edges are pixelated... which would have been avoided if he followed the PSD template that's on phpbb.com - which i'm assuming he didn't, though i may be wrong (that's how i changed the .org forum skin, with that... and it exports the gifs with all their properties, transparencies and all)

just some tips ;)
overall a nice refreshing change from the default skin. (Y)

i like the new design too, specially the home page looks great, i like the red in the forum too but i gotta admit i dont like all the topic titles and stickies in red(a little too flashy imho), they really hurt my eyes on my cpu at home :? . Still a great job though

No, it should be a new image...most likely a cache issue. When I was uploading the new files, I had to refresh a few times to see some of the changes. But there shouldn't be any orange left.

Thanks for the tips and feedback - some of the images will be redone in the near future. (Y)

another thing that'd make the forum a bit easier to browse through... how about a different color for visited threads, as it used to be on the default phpbb... perhaps a lighter color, like #D64242 ? your choice anyhoo... (Y)

Glad you guys like the design.

Thanks for the advice tony and I realize the mistake I made. I do have the photoshop psd files, but I kept doing save as which gave me the jagged lines and there wasn't much I could do there. I should of just been doing save for web all along which I see now is the right way. Hopefully I'll have all the images set as I see really screwed up a good amount of images.

The only hard time I see after I've done most of the images are the animated icons, which I've never really missed with as you can tell by the current ones uploaded. I think I have an idea, but I'll see later when I miss with it in Jasc Animation Shop 3.

Good idea, I'll try a couple of lighter colours for the visited links. :)

just a little thing :

after you've done a search, when you browse the pages, the highlighted words are in white, look at this example

That's quite hard to read, and it's even worse when the highlighted word in in a quote : it's white on white. That would be better if it would have been in red

That's not a terrible problem, I can still select the word with my mouse, but I spotted it just for the sake of perfection

Anyway, thanks again for your great job Andrew (y)
