I think you'll be right. I think best thing to do with 'overqualified' comments is to emphasis that you are well suited to the job and committed to it. When they say 'overqualified', they just don't want you using their job as a stepping stone to bigger & better things, which is what a lot of people do as gapfills.

jeff i'd also check out 24 seven also. i've heard good things about them but haven't really looked that them a whole lot.
