Some songs affect people differently. That song hit me and you probably ain't going through the same bullshit I'm going through so that might be the reason you don't like it. Personaly it's the only song on the album I can still listen to. The rest seem too ordinary to me. But I still can't see how you think its the worst song. Maybe you need to listen a little harder.

I like PIMP and Heat. Nothing on that album is really bad so it's an alright song. Everyone I know hates it.

I like the new Linkin Park CD to a certain extent..... Faint has to be the best song on it.

whisky in the jar is an old irish folk song. i'm of irish descent and i think its safe to say that those drunken micks weren't attempting to create accessible pop lyrics. its pretty funny listening to an attempt to recreate the original style, if you ever come across an irish folk music cd. oh yeah, and irish jigs aren't generally known for their guitar solos. actually they aren't generally known at all.

Yeah it's a cover, so I don't really count it as a "Metallica song" like Pavel does. Original is by Thin Lizzy, I have it on my computer if you ever want it you can ask for it on msn Pavel
I think Meteora is too much "Hybrid Theory, Part 2"... All songs could've been on Hybrid Theory. I like bands that actually evolve, and get better, and dare to try out new stuff. Linkin Park took the easy way. That's not saying the album is bad, it's a pretty good album, just nothing original unfortunately.

hmmm....i never knew it was a cover.......yet it just shows how low can Metallica go....covering Irish drinking songs....tsk tsk tsk....
I'd love to hear the original version though...i'll look for it on Kazaa since me computer doesn't tend to like recieving big files over MSn (plus it would take a while couse me internet is slow)...but thatnks anyways Rens

I agree. That's why I said I liked it to a certain extent. It was just a case of same old. Everytime you hear one of their songs come on the radio you know its them staright away just from the beat. It doesn't change all that much from song to song...
