Who knows when us pc users will get the patch, but I'm sure we will get one. The game has some flaws, but it is playable and is probably worth a lousy 20 bucks. The file structure is pretty much exactly like NBA 2k9. Showfom's iff tool can open most if the iff files in the game.

Now that I have played this game for a few days, you are absolutely right. I will be uninstalling this game in a few days.

We got the patch, but it didn't fix much.

The horrible fielding controls + the Batter vs Pitcher showdown completely kills the game. Also other bugs like minor leaguers that are called up(including major leaguers that are sent down and back)come back with a completely different headshape and texture. I haven't played this game for a while, and I probably won't.

I sold it on ebay and bought The Show. They shouldn't even have released this game this year or pushed back the release date to put out a better, finished product.

I just uninstalled it. I never could got used to defense and some part of offence. Maybe the game's better if you master both, but I'm passing on this game. This was a disappointment, since nba 2k9 was so awesome.

got this yesterday and damn, what a cool game. and I don't even like baseball.
I like how there's a quick way to pick up the basic controls and then there's the complicated way of doing things,
which most likely is going to take a while to get the hang of too. I got 10 strikeouts and 1 run so far in my first game.
and what's best, when I got bored and decided to stop in the fifth innning, there was actually a save game function.
batting is really hard though. this is the first time I played a baseball game where I am better at pitching than hitting the ball. I even had all bases loaded and that jeter guy to hit me a homer and I couldn't produce shit.

Other then the graphics, the gameplay is horrible comparing to MVP 2005. A lot of gameplay bugs, and other flaws. Unlike NBA 2k9, this game is a total disappointment.
