The AAP leaves out that is the same group that is protesting at American soldier's funerals.

That's also highly disrespectful and inappropriate to say the least, no matter your stance on war.

This is pretty depressing for me. No matter how much people like to make fun of it, Brokeback Mountain was one of the most powerful films I've ever seen and his performance in that movie is really the only one that's ever made me cry.

fucking protestors piss me off. i would love if someone would just kill every last one of the assholes who would be protesting at a funeral. kinda like when the cubans where cheering in the streets saying how they hated america yet they were IN america and some drunk dude got pissed and drove his truck through the crowd, thats the kind of justice i am down with

Former professional wrestler the Ultimate Warrior has posted a blog about Heath Ledger's death, which in true Warrior form is scathing to say the least.

Just read it in the newspaper about his death.

R.I.P. Heath.

That's what I initially thought, if assuming suicide was the cause of his death. I can't help thinking that protraying the Joker character may mess his head up a little bit since he's a good actor and got too much into character.
HE'S USING HYPNOSIS!

The Self Destruction of The Ultimate Warrior doesn't paint a very flattering picture of him either. The latest update is that he's seeking police protection as his blog has provoked a somewhat angry response.

Apparently there's some information around that Jack Nicholson warned him to not get too into the Joker, i wonder how much truth there is in that.

I guess anything's possible, at a time like this you can't help but look for answers and if that's true then you do wonder if there's any merit to such a warning. All the same, there's been a lot of actors who stepped inside terrifying, disturbing or unsavoury characters without being so affected. At this stage I'm more inclined to believe his death was an accident or if it was suicide, it had more to do with something in his personal life rather than a role he was playing.

Of course, none of that changes the sad fact that he's no longer with us and his daughter will grow up without her father - perhaps something for those people who proudly wave their "Heath is in Hell" banners to consider, if they have any scrap of humanity or believe in the teachings of kindness and compassion of the faith they are using to condemn him - though again, when a person dies at the age of 28 under mysterious circumstances you can't help but wonder and look for answers.

Well, that kind of "justice" is wrong, and anyone who does it should get serious time. But I am surprised no one' s f-d up those Fred Phelps wackos.

The fact that they'd be charged with assault is probably about the only thing holding people back. As I said before, it's all well and good to have your beliefs and stand by them but there's a time and a place to protest and champion your cause and memorial services and funerals aren't the time or place.

Here's a small passage on Heath that Newsweek got, on what the director of The Dark Knight, Christopher Nolan, had to say. Found this on another forum I frequent.

They just finished the movie, so there's no need to recast anyone unless something pops up in editing which will probably be done with a stunt double.

I'm glad to hear that. I was really worried that I would not be able to see him in his Joker role.
