Sweet im looking forward to this. When are we going to do the players? Becasue ive gona home for the weekend and dont have access to FM till tomorrow evening. BTW im not totally sure on the formations they were just off the top of my head.

I'll create the teams tonight, we can get the draft underway tomorrow unless you want to send me a shortlist or something for your first few picks.

Just in advance, here's how the draft will work...

Rounds 1-5: One player at a time, first round will be any player of any position, second will be a GK, third a defender, fourth midfielder, fifth striker.

Rounds 5-15: Two players per pick, any position.

Round 16: Five "Yth" players, must be under 17 and not on a professional contract. If you don't know any of these already I can just do it for you.

Anyway I'll make a new thread for the draft when I'm ready to start it.

Sweet sounds good, any idea what time tomorrow? Because ill be back hopefully round 7pm ish here so that will be what 3 or 4 for you.

Also what are going to be the restirctions? No EPL players and no big names, but how far does big names go? Are you going to make a restricted list or something or if we pick a player you will just decide then if they are ok?

Yeah I have a restricted list I'll post in the draft thread, it's not a huge list... maybe 20 players I guess, but it's enough to make the game more competitive. And there are still some gems out there that I deliberately left off because I figured it'd be fun to see who picks up on them apart from me lol.

The draft, I can wait until later tomorrow. Just gives me some time to create the teams and make sure there's no bugs.

I have a pretty busy day tomorrow, I have classes but then I'm going home. It's a 6 hour trip, so if I don't make it then somebody else (hopefully Jae) can do the draft for me?

I won't be using FM Scout or anything to pick my players, so we're all on an even playing ground. The draft will be in reverse order to try and limit the advantage of having the #1 pick. Anyway, now to do some testing.

Whats the best way to look at Managers and Assistant managers abilities? I imagine its most important to get ones that have similar styles etc?

To be honest I've just decided on the two best eligible guys I could think of, who I figure would work together well. I think the best option is to pick your team, then decide what sort of manager you want running it. Like if you pick an attacking side you don't really want someone defensive in charge.
